I seriously doubt your intention of these videos, I guess you must have got a change of plans post booking this flat and now you must be asking the builders for cancellation and he would be charging u cancellation fees to which you would have disagreed and hence you are doing this.
The fact that you are saying a rubber gasket to hold the glasswool for the black thing is a electrical conduit used to carry the wires. This itself proves that you have no subject matter expertise and what you are doing is literally out of hate for the decision you have made to purchase the unit.
If u file a case in consumer court may be the case will be dismissed in the first hearing.
The fact the water is an enemy and a best friend for construction has indeed a logical reasoning behind it,
Getting dampness into your flat and damaging the walls is surely a hasty way to build a house but second that since water becomes an enemy here it also becomes a friend by showcasing that there is a leak in such place, the advantage of using gypsum board here is that it gives out the leak much before that of a conventional wall which inturn raises and alarm much more early acting as an early warning system to which you can act and take actions sooner than later

From a civil engineer point of view , imagine had all those cardboard walls been actual concrete walls , you multiply that with number of floors, that would have added additional tons of load on foundation, had or if the foundation is not strong enough, the entire structure would collapse under its own weight, also consider additional load that flat occupants would bring in once they fully occupy

All I've said is that dry wall construction is commonly used in high rises in order to reduce weight load & is completely legal . There are some illeterate people who can't understand & are using provocative language & I'm responding them with same . All said I'm just enlighting everyone with legal info & I'm nowhere related to Lodha or any of their organisation

Was this close to buy a Lodha property. Thanks to this video and your great work. Never ever and this full set of videos are now a good reference for anyone who ever asks my recommendation for real estate investment. Lastly, if Lodha's PR team is reading this, I have already downloaded all the videos so no point trying to take this down. A good comeback would be to actually deliver all of those promises you make when you fork out the buyer's hard earned money.

Practically 7 Star project rating is not deliverable in India not because we not have brain but we don't have attitude and culture in India. Gypsum board wall is not an issue. In USA, EU and even in Middle-east many houses are made of gypsum board and lasts for more than two decades, because of perfect engineering and construction quality. In India gypsum board wall is fit for Bollywood movie set only.

I am an architect who practices all over North America. Maybe gypsum walls are new to India…I find it surprising that people are so appalled at the fact the interior partition walls as made of gypsum. This is perfectly normal and is standard practice in high-rise construction for over 50 years. The builder did a good job in using Rockwool insulation (not fiberglass) for sound transmittance reduction.

Krishnaraj Rao is not an expert in this field and shouldn't be talking about this subject. Of course gypsum walls are less strong than solid concrete. But you have to realize that this is exactly what gypsum walls are made for… to create a partition. It's not meant to be load-bearing or a surface to practice your punches on.
