I started in the company in 2007 and was hired to implement TRIMIT. At that time, the company had an old ERP system, which it was not possible to further develop it was really needed to master data, capacity management, and and the whole variance problem began to fill more as well The choice fell on CORNATOR and TRIMIT when we had the system recommended by several colleagues in the industry. The advantages are that it is a standard system developed for the industry so we avoid having to make too many special customizations. With TRIMIT we have been able to control all our master data, and it allows us to make decisions based on facts and not just gut feelings. We have constantly updated the system so that we have been able to utilize the latest functionalities in the system. Since it’s really important to be able to service our customers in the best possible way, we have chosen to implement B2B and we have chosen TRIMIT’s solution as it is fully integrated with Navision. In connection with the production, TRIMIT has helped us get time registration in place, but also our production master data, So that we have a good capacity management tool. As we have placed greater focus on quality control and distribution, we are now together with TRIMIT, in the process of introducing a barcode system, but also a new function for incoming quality control.
