Container Home Manufacturing Facility In Oregon

hi Matt Melton with relevant buildings we get a lot of questions about our product and our processes here so we thought we'd give you a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like at Oregon's only container home building facility we've got four different residential models ranging in size from our smallest which is about a hundred and sixty square feet up to our largest which you see here this is a 900 square foot two-bedroom one-bath home made primarily out of 40-foot shipping containers hey come on in this doesn't look like much right now but in another week or so that'll be our front door this will be a finished living room we got these nice big windows for a great view giving you as much light as possible these two units will stay about like this will build in between so this will become part of the house nice big tall ceilings here kitchen and dining nook over there sustainability we try and keep that in mind with every aspect of our builds it's from the containers that we are using that are otherwise castoffs or scrapped the ultimate upcycling I call it to the amount of insulation we put in the walls we hold the studs off in this joist off the ceiling so we can put extra spray foam insulation in the spray foam that we use is the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly insulation we can find we kind of overstuffed the walls and ceiling which gives you ultimate ly about 17% better rating of insulation in our value than the standard stick built home all of this is inclusive we're trying to say from beginning to end it's all about the environment creating a better insulated home so you can use less energy and therefore have a reducer footprint on the environment also physically reduce your footprint because these homes are considerably smaller we're trying to provide something that's the lifestyle choice an option for people to say I want to be serious about the changes that we're making in our lives on how we affect the environment and this could be one of those solutions for the right people you

Do you all have options like point of use water heater, reverse osmosis water filter system, etc.?
