in this video we will demonstrate what to expect when using Lake appliance repair for your kitchen and laundry appliances when you call our office you'll be greeted by a friendly customer service representative prior to scheduling an appointment with the CSR you'll be asked the following questions what type of appliance means service what brand is your appliance and if you know what is the model number how old is your appliance what problems are you experiencing with your clients and finally we'll collect all your contact information once all necessary information is in our system the csr will let you know when to expect a call from your technician based on your needs your technician will give ccall 15 to 30 minutes prior to showing up your technician will arrive in a company mark the HIPAA he will be equipped with the laptop and toolbox when arriving at your door and as a courtesy your technician will offer the wear shoe covers inside your house once inside feel free to explain the issue you're having with your appliance to the technician your technician will then prepare and begin on diagnosing the issue your technician will come prepared and equipped with items to protect your property while working on the appliances depending on the appliance type and situation your technician may use a small vacuum of fairy dust and debris and remember our technicians are factory certified and received ongoing training to remain up to date on all the latest appliances once your technician diagnoses the issue you will then explain the problem to you your technician will then provide you with the easy-to-read written as women for you to look over after signing the estimate your technician will begin the repair we understand the need to have your appliances up and running as soon as possible so we start our trucks with over a thousand parts to help ensure fast turnaround time after the technician is installed the replacement part he will then move your appliances back in place and give them a wipe down once the repair is finished you'll be able to pay using cash check Visa Mastercard or discover your technician will then finish filling out your receipt and then take a picture of the receipt with his smartphone before handing it back to you if you have any other questions about the process please feel free to call us or email us and remember if you add any additional appliances while we're in your home you'll save a half of the service fee
