Americans Try Mexican Food Taught By Local – Travel Mexico couple vlog #283

good morning so to speak today I'm going grocery shopping with my friend – Stephanie yet we're moving to port the Piazza and I need to know what prices to expect every morning in two piece this is what graph looks like making with them yes that's what I do every single morning I sit in front the computer for about six hours and I get work done so when we say work what are you doing I have two main things I do I work on the way away usually our social media and promotion stuff and then I also have some clients that I work for for actually a team management right now is the most thing I'm doing I'm making money for us yes that's good a lot of people ask how we can actually travel yeah so technically I am a digital nomad but I really hate that term because I don't want to be a digital nomad I want to own my own business but it just takes a while to get there so for now I'm helping people with their businesses and eventually I'd like to have my own at some point that it includes more than just me sitting in front of a computer helping other people it's a long term goal but it's going to happen I know this so this week this is what we look like working in the morning pretty much until 1:00 p.m. and then we go out to do fun things with our friends goo goo by Jenny you plays leasing on me absolutely getting charge of the baby Rasta go shopping we need some fruits veggies and some cheese for this evening meal and the rest of week so we're headed to a little market and the creamery ah oh yeah I want is really like soft skin uh-huh it's granite like beauty and when we make a heart it's not that this to find the soft one okay lexically a line through lemon yes this is women thankful solids you need to touch and don't be that car this is kind of hot okay elect so this is really a more shot you're going to feel and look at this oh yeah that's really another kind Serrano visited which what console is it realizes you're not very sir oh well maybe for your years you must raise because this is like water see come on come on they're two different kind of them but this one just in this is one they are really soft so it's good you have to try that well I know you're an apple we are also normally they it comes off that way but yeah it's a music yeah barely as I think II me whatever then it's a wonderful run against your abilities you can see like the screen this kind of stuff and the third one is ready did you have one I think this one does it before another one please like hard right and this one is like more tough oh yeah really soft so this is ready for today maybe you're gonna need a way to four days or three days with it these are green tomatoes they're used for salsa yeah and you don't want them to be purple you want them to be green people do do but you gotta make shelters or system or Common Era Peppers I don't think I'll be trying that anything yeah I need to warm up they're getting cactus I've never cooked with cactus before until this morning when I made eggs it's super fun to go to this market the people who are selling the food are like local farmers local businesses may love that so how much do we spend on four bags of vegetables and fruits to kind of 200 pesos which is ten dollars yeah Smitty's is intintola that a good deal that's amazing I mean yeah in the US you would not spend like ten dollars on all that it would be milk more more maybe 1520 I wouldn't even buy a cactus and you guys don't even know what the size would be endemic Ida avocado is really expensive in the US you were saying sixty pesos for for a kilo it's worth 300 40 pesos per kilo it's like two dollars and fifty cents left nut two bucks yeah I might eat a lot of time pecan along here okay now we're going to little store I like a cream area where we can get like different things like cheese fresh is my honest guess I I think you spent probably $15 us no more or less my warm cold damp lower okay that's good ten bucks really for all busy number one all right I'm almost done that's the better why I have the whole editing to do still we're friends coming over tonight and we need to make something for them well I will learn how to make Mexican food so we're making your favorite salsa what are you cutting up and what are you putting in it this time a few years huh their little green tomatoes like I said it's going for something an aerial unit with onions red onions and cilantro for chili but doesn't even layer probably when again I also without chili from alpha for this recipe she's using two different pepper the little ones chili verde yeah happiness and the larger one is a healthy and everything yeah but is it to make it less spicy you just take out all the little baby seeds and then the outsides just like slowly added of them later great and then do that one he wanted to be really good like almost right and evenly throughout water Tennyson okay a little bit make you jump yeah this is after the blender so then we're gonna add onions like a lot okay then this no comment in the comments below if you like the smell cilantro I love it also let us know if you like spicy salsa you're always supposed to test in your food before you get going right make sure that they don't die please so we'll try this and it's still warm it's cool she promised me is not spicy yeah he was not biting will this by yeah yeah yeah you forgot I can't wait for a frenzy Hulbert and then never felt that now we're making guacamole legit Mexican possible these avocados are perfect right we just peel them and seeds out in Alice she's chopping them up I'm going to make special guacamole to go along with our special salsa she's going to cute so if you're thinking to yourself what the heck is that big round green thing inside there it's the seat so they say that it will keep the avocados green and not go Brown okay well I learned a ton of things today one of them being that I can get a kilo of onions worse than we thought then and a kilo of tomatoes for $0.50 and avocados per kilo is what two dollars and fifty cents that is crazy now who are trying to make salsa and guacamole the Mexican way and believe me this is not the last time I'll be making these foods I hope that you learned something today and that you enjoy cooking as much as I do and learning new cultures and culinary arts and I hope to see you in the next video have a good night

I just found out about you guys. I was born in Jalisco and seeing that you guys like the people from México make me really happy. I live in San Diego but there is something about Jalisco that people are mutch different then the one’s that live at border, jaliscienses have a warm heart.
